Capabilities - Full Service Supplier

Amerigon is a full-service technology supplier, available to assist in early evaluations of customer needs for a thermoelectric (TE) application, through to the manufacturing of a final product. We are involved at every step of the development process.

The integration of our thermoelectric device and air-flow products requires a thorough technical, environmental, and economic evaluation of each application. Our experienced design and test engineers use this understanding to create products that perform effectively and reliably. Amerigon maintains extensive manufacturing experience of thermoelectric-based products.

With lean resources common in corporations today, Amerigon has continued to take on larger roles in executing full scale product development efforts with our partners. In addition to our full-service supplier capabilities, other corporate strengths include:

Thermoelectric Applications

From our first thermoelectric-based product, the Climate Control Seat® for the automotive market, to consumer products such as beds, cup holders, and personal coolers, Amerigon has extensive experience in adapting thermoelectric devices to a variety of applications. Whether it is an air-to-air or liquid-to-air convective system, or a metal plate conductive application, Amerigon has the modeling, testing and design experience to optimize the TE performance in any given application.

Noise, Vibration and Airflow Management

For each thermal solution product that is developed, extensive design is conducted to achieve a balance between airflow, noise, vibration, reliability and low cost. Amerigon offers a suite of dual outlet blowers, small single outlet blowers and more sophisticated integrated thermoelectric and blower assemblies to fit a variety of applications.
